MARK J. MANDELL

Mark began practicing law in 1974 with the goal of using his law degree to help people. He began his career as a general practitioner, and as such, has wide and varied experience and knowledge.  Over time, he was drawn to the challenge of commercial real estate transactions, and developed a first rate real estate practice, including representing many prominent real estate investors.

MATTHEW M. MANDELL

Matt loves using his analytical, strategic, critical reasoning, and interpersonal skills to serve clients.  He represents business owners and commercial real estate investors.  He has a thorough personal understanding of the dynamics of business ownership because he and his wife Sandra owned and operated the Oliloli Arts & Crafts Studio for a decade. He served two terms as the president of the Forest Hills Gardens Corporation and currently serves as the legal chair. These positions added depth to his knowledge of commercial real estate, corporate operations, and management.
